What we collect
When you submit a Contact or Schedule a Visit form we collect only what is needed to respond: full name, phone number, optional email, service interest, optional message, consent confirmation and page source. We do not collect unnecessary medical history via forms.
How we use it
Your data is used only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit to Sector 45, and provide requested senior-care information. We do not sell data. Access is limited to the SixtyPlusZone care desk.
Storage and security
- All forms have server-side validation, honeypot and rate limiting.
- Enquiries are stored in a MySQL database with prepared statements and minimum-privilege access. Credentials are outside the public web root and never committed to the repository.
- Email notifications use a server-controlled sender; your email appears only as Reply-To and is validated before use. Header injection is blocked by stripping newlines.
Cookies and analytics
We use only privacy-conscious analytics (e.g., dataLayer events for form start/submit) and do not load unnecessary third-party trackers. Any future analytics will be configured with privacy defaults and disclosed here.
